Morning Routine:

Cleanser

Start with cleansing your face with a gentle cleanser that suits your skin type.

Toner

Apply toner that is alcohol and fragrance-free. Toner helps to keep your skin hydrated and clarify your pores.

For best application result better to pour a few drops on the palm directly and tap gently on the face and neck.

Serum

Thicker than a toner but lighter than a moisturizer. This extra step in your beauty routine tackles several skincare concerns.

Specifically, look for vitamin C serums in the morning. As it will give added protection beneath the sunscreen layer from UV light and even brighten out your skin.

Moisturizer

Moisturizer will leave your skin hydrating, soft and elastic all day. Use rich creams for to lock in moisture.

Sunscreen/SPF

Never go out with SPF at day time. Choose sunscreen with SPF value ranges above 30. It will protect from harmful sun rays UVB.

Night Routine:

Makeup Remover/ Cleanser

If you wear makeup, you definitely need makeup remover before applying cleanser. You can go for double cleansing (water-based cleanser than oil-based) as well. To get clear and smooth skin.

Toner

Apply toner at night to keep your skin hydrated even in your sleep time.

Serum

Go for serums that are rich in hydration and regeneration at night time. Retinol serums at night time works best to reap the benefits.

Spot treatment

If you have acne prone skin, you can apply acne treatment medications on it. If you haven’t you can skip this step

Finally, go for thicker cream to give your skin velvety and smooth touch.

As for beginners it is best to apply these basic steps while knowing your current skin state. If your skin get used to it, you can add up more extra steps in your skincare routine.
